Why am I asked to provide accounting data? And how do you use this data?

We use 3 data points to check the financial health of your company, and one of those points is accounting data. It helps us confirm the data we see on your subscription report and bank data.

What exact data do you need regarding my accounting?

We need the last 12 months of your P&L and Balance Sheet in monthly overview.

We can accept your usual accounting format. No need to adjust it.

Do you have a connection to an accounting software?

We currently do not have connections to accounting software providers but it will be available very soon. An automated connection to Xero, Sage, Quickbooks, FreshBooks will be released in a few weeks.

How to share data through a CSV of XLS file?

You can share your Balance Sheet and P&L files in csv, xls, or xlsx formats. We can accept every type of accounting format. No need to adjust it, save your precious time and share your usual files. It should just show a monthly view. We also made the below template for accounting if needed.

The process is the following

1. Signup with Levenue and reach the step where you need to share your accounting data.

2. Click on ‘Accounting data’, select the currency and share your files
